We Are Always Grateful For The Honesty Of Sincere People

Honesty is highly valued these days, although it should be a normal feature of our personal relationships, don’t you think? The moment a person expresses himself sincerely, we can see him without distortions, without nuances, without ellipsis.

And, nonetheless, the lies fade and confuse, surrounding us more than we would like. Perhaps out of fear, out of ease, out of protection, etc. Whatever the reason, they demonstrate that it is socially impossible to maintain complete honesty.

The nobility of people who are sincere towards us is always appreciated and, for this reason, it is also important to value sincerity towards ourselves.

We are grateful to those who, despite their differences, are sincere

We are different by nature, and this is wonderful. In fact, your best friend will have a lot in common with you, but she will also be very different from you and, despite this, you love her. Among the differences that characterize you could be ideas, a different way of managing emotions and a different attitude in the same circumstances.

We are happy to have at our side a person who knows us and who only wants our good. And even when he has to give us bad news, we want him to do it tactfully, but be honest and not lie to us.

In the long run , truth is a valuable tool for bonding and maintaining them. Nobody goes away, gets angry or loses their minds because they have been told something true, but for the truth in and of itself; and there are truths that take time. Truth is always positive, while lies can be up to a certain point.

In this world, sincerity makes us special

Lies work up to a point, as we said. For example, think of the times you lied to yourself: did you win or did you suffer the consequences of self-deception?

We could say that lying gives rise to one lie after another. Conversely, someone who handles truth with honesty, who knows how and when to convey a complicated message, is someone we would all like to be around. 

Lying is often a conscious action and, moreover, an easy resource to turn to when you don’t want to tell the truth. In reality, a lie is a loan from a reality that usually has interest in the long run that we are unable to pay. On the other hand, the lack of honesty is so common that, when it occurs, it becomes a special and appreciated asset.  

Anything can be overcome as long as it is truthful

For all we have said, having a sincere person at your side is a cause for happiness. We are grateful for the honesty of the people around us. People who do not cushion us, because they help us understand how to cushion them from us.

You know those people will be there for you when they have to give you bad news and give you a chance to deal with the possible pain this could cause you. That is to say, without preventing you from making the decision that belongs to you: that of accepting what happened.

If they tell you the truth and it does not presuppose a direct attack on the relationship that unites you to that person, the latter knows that you can overcome that moment: it goes without saying that two forces are worth more than one if they both go in the same direction.
