Destiny Is The Wisdom Of Knowing How To Choose
Do you believe in destiny? Do you think there is a predetermined path for each of us? It happens to think that our life has already been established and that nothing can be done to change it. Nothing further from reality: destiny is not already written, you have the last word!
We are responsible for the life we have chosen
As human beings we are often very irresponsible with respect to the experiences and circumstances we have to go through. It’s hard to become responsible for something we don’t like and reject. This is how we blame the fate of our life. But is there anyone who has chosen this life for you? No, the life you are living is the one you have freely chosen.
Nobody has a set life that they are forced to live. Even the circumstances that make you terribly sad can be changed! The problem is that you persist in seeing the negative aspect of any situation; in the meantime, you want to get out of a circumstance, but don’t make any effort to succeed.
Suppose you are not happy with your current life. What is stopping you from changing? Are these limits that really exist or are you imposing them on yourself? Are you really trying to resolve this situation or are you getting carried away by events?
All the limits you see have a lot more consistency in your mind than in reality. That is, you are self-limiting because you don’t want to make an effort to break down all those limits that stand in front of you. Because, in reality, you can annihilate them. There is no limit if you want to. Your mind is very powerful; if you want to achieve something, you will succeed.
Dare to live
“To live” is a word that is said lightly: everyone is capable of living. But is it really easy? The answer is “no”, and it becomes clear when we don’t dare to live, when we don’t take risks. Why is this a risk? Because it is tiring, because life is not a downhill road, but full of climbs and obstacles.
When you take the risk of living, you know that you are choosing the life that comes before you and that there is no destiny that forces you to live one you do not want. That is a very convenient way of looking at the problems: “There is no possibility of change, so I have to be content”.
It doesn’t matter whether you are young, adult or old. During all stages of your life, you will encounter difficulties, pain, anguish, loss, etc. You can stand out in the face of all of this, because you have the strength and ability to do it. But don’t blame it on fate. Living has consequences and those mentioned above are just a few.
It is equally important to take risks in living to change situations that you don’t like. Getting out of your comfort zone and deciding to change everything around you takes a lot of effort and poses a risk, since you don’t know if it will end well or badly. Are you willing to try?
Destiny is formed by your choices
Can you remember how many times you said you wanted to go back to change something? Past moments in which you have taken actions that you are not proud of. If you had acted differently or had chosen different alternatives, your destiny would have changed.
Your destiny is not sealed, it is you who shape it little by little. You have to choose during all stages of life and each choice opens a new path before you. It is important that you decide wisely, even if it is equally useful to be wrong and to know how to take another path.
If they gave us the opportunity to go back and change something, even changing the smallest detail would involve a total change in our present. We must therefore understand how important our choices are and we must be aware that it is with them that our destiny changes.
Now that you know that destiny depends on your choices, take the risk of choosing and making mistakes, have the courage to face life if it does not satisfy you and never allow yourself to think that there is nothing to be done, because it is you who have the last word.
